Hepatoprotective action: The naturalingredients in Liv.52 DS exhibit potent hepatoprotective properties againstchemically-induced hepatotoxicity. The antiperoxidative activity of Liv.52 DS prevents the loss offunctional integrity of the cell membrane, maintains cytochrome P-450 (a largeand diverse group of enzymes, which catalyze the oxidation of organicsubstances), hastens the recovery period and ensures early restoration ofhepatic functions in infective hepatitis.
